Rebecca Roher ′15, creator of Bird in a Cage (Conundrum Press), continues her work with growing old by interviewing centenarians, women who are 100 year olds.
One of the first One Hundred Year–Old Wisdom comics will debut in the upcoming issue of Taddle Creek Magazine. The comic is about Rose Wilson, a 102-year-old woman. She has lived on Toronto Island for 66 years! The magazine is available on December 5. You can also follow Rebecca’s work online @onehundredyearoldwisdom.
And if you or someone you know fits the bill (90+), she is actively looking for interviewees in Europe. She is even able to get a translator thanks to aid from the Canada Council for the Arts.
