With the release of the Berlin: City of Light (Drawn and Quarterly), Jason Lutes is out and about this fall. On September 27–30, you will find Jason in Columbus, OH, at Cartoon Crossroads Columbus (CXC). Jason’s trilogy Berlin, now compiled in a single volume, is a historical fiction graphic novel about the decline of the Weimar Republic and the rise of Nazism in Germany.
CXC is a free arts festival celebrating cartoon storytellers, comic makers, and animators. It is held at Ohio State University on Thursday and Friday, then in downtown Columbus at the Columbus Metropolitan Library, Ohio State University boasts the Billy Ireland Cartoon Library and Museum.
