In Between This

In Between This is a reflection of me. It is a kaleidoscope window into my soul of who I am and all of my interests. It is a journey, rather than a destination. It is embedded in the process rather than the finished work. In Between This is an embodiment of going from surviving my trauma to thriving, from diary comics, to things I enjoy like dreams, memorial stone carving, and the supernatural. I am currently in between. I am neither here nor there. I am not my past, but I am also not yet my future. I am the present. I am neither broken nor healed. I am healing. I used to fear the in between. But now, I’m learning to embrace it. I’m learning to move through and make friends with it. Because in the unknown and the uncertainty, there’s room to learn. There’s room to grow.
