The Nib, edited by Eleri Harris
The Nib is a daily online publication devoted to publishing and promoting political and non-fiction comics, including journalism, essays, memoir and satire. Eleri Harris is deputy director and a contributor. Her Nib comic Reported Missing was shortlisted for the 2018 Center for Cartoon Studies & Slate Book Review Cartoonist Studio Prize and won Gold at the 2018 Ledger Awards in Australia.
The Nib is unrepentantly political, fiercely supportive of creators, and devoted to telling stories that are both honest and important.

On a Sunbeam by Tillie Walden
Originally published as a webcomic, On a Sunbeam by Tillie Walden (First Second, 2018) was nominated in the 2019 Hugo Award for Best Graphic Story, and in the 2019 Harvey Awards for Book of the Year and Best Children’s or Young Adult Book.
Heavily inspired by the lush fantasy of Studio Ghibli movies, Tillie Walden creates a spellbinding queer sci-fi romance in these pages, taking her time to build a distinct cosmic environment that feels lived in.
